Payments accepted: EFT, card payments, instant EFT, and in-store cash. Not liable for courier delays or misuse of products. In cases where abuse or human negligence is evident Warranties will be void. Governed by South African law.

Thank you for choosing your cart with us. This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines how we process, ship, and deliver golf carts, parts, and accessories throughout South Africa. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms laid out below.
2. Shipping Coverage
We deliver nationwide across South Africa, including: (See section 6 for rates)

Major cities (Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Durban, Bloemfontein, Port Elizabeth, East London)

Smaller towns and rural areas (delivery times may vary)
Please note: Certain remote or outlying areas may incur additional delivery charges.
3. Delivery Options
A. Golf Carts (Complete Units)

Delivered via specialised vehicle transporter or flatbed service.

Includes pre-delivery inspection and secure transport to ensure the unit arrives safely.

Delivery dates are scheduled in advance, and the customer will receive an estimated arrival window.
B. Parts & Accessories

Shipped via reputable courier partners (e.g., The Courier Guy, MDS Collivery, Postnet).

Tracking details will be provided once the order has been dispatched.
4. Processing & Handling Times

In-stock items: 1–3 business days processing.

Custom-built or special-order golf carts: 28 business days processing (depending on configuration and manufacturer lead times).

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
5. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery windows after dispatch:

Major cities: 2–5 business days

Towns & regional areas: 3–7 business days

Rural/outlying areas: 5–10 business days
Please note: Delivery times may be affected by weather, courier delays, load-shedding, or other unforeseen circumstances.
6. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees vary depending on:

Size and weight of the order

Whether the order is a complete golf cart or accessories
Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout or quoted manually for custom orders.
7. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped:

You will receive a tracking link via email or SMS for courier shipments or alternatively,

Golf cart deliveries will include direct communication from our logistics team for scheduling.
8. Delivery Requirements
For successful delivery:

Someone must be available to receive and sign for the order.

For golf cart deliveries, adequate space for offloading is required.

The customer is responsible for inspecting the item upon delivery and reporting any visible damage within 24 hours.
9. Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship:

To P.O. Boxes

Outside of South Africa (unless pre-arranged with our export team)

Hazardous or prohibited items as per South African regulations
10. Damaged or Missing Items
If an item arrives damaged or incomplete:

Take photographs of the packaging and product.

Notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

We will arrange a replacement, repair, or claim with the courier.
11. Click & Collect / In-Store Pickup
Customers may choose to collect their order from our dealership.

Collection is free of charge.

You will be notified as soon as your order is ready for pickup.

Valid ID and order confirmation are required.

Warranty Policy
1 Overview
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects on golf carts and parts purchased from our dealership.
2 Warranty Periods

New Golf Carts: 24 months (Cart)

Used/Reconditioned Carts: 3 months

Batteries: 5 years
-
Parts & Accessories: 3 months
3 What Is Covered

Manufacturing and workmanship defects

Faulty components under normal use

Battery defects covered by manufacturer

Structural chassis/frame issues

Abusive or negligent use voids all warranties
4 What Is Not Covered

Wear & tear (tyres, upholstery, bulbs, brakes, etc.)

Damage from misuse, accidents, neglect, or improper storage

Modifications or unauthorised repairs
-
Water damage, corrosion, or electrical damage from power surges

Damage due to overloading or improper terrain use
5 Warranty Claim Process

Provide invoice, serial number, and detailed description.

Provide photos or bring the cart for inspection.

We will repair or replace the faulty component.
Warranty does not cover transportation costs.
